Step One: Hard drive is removed from computer case.
Step Two: Hard drive is connected to ZapLogics virus removal computer.
Step Three: Hard drive is thoroughly scanned for viruses.
Step Four: All detected viruses are removed from hard drive.
Step Five: Hard drive is thoroughly scanned a second time to ensure all virus infection is gone.
Step Six: Hard drive is re-installed in computer and system is tested for normal operation.

Note: Although ZapLogics will make every effort to completely remove viruses from your computer, in some cases due to the damage caused by viruses, a hard drive may require a format (erase) of all data.
