1. Pricing – Prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Written estimates for contracted goods and services are good for fifteen (15) days. Any estimate not accepted within fifteen (15) days may be subject to a pricing review.

2. Payment Terms – Because the majority of the items offered by ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions are customer specific and hold a special value to the purchaser, all orders must be prepaid under the conditions of the sale.

3. Orders – ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions reserve the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to sell anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. ZapLogics, Inc. will not be liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to ZapLogics, Inc. and all its operating divisions.

4. Cancellations & Returns – Cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. Due to the speed of our turnaround, you may only cancel a job the same business day you place your order (via e-mail). A minimum restocking charge of 15% will be applied to products/services cancelled after our cutoff time of 4 PM EST. Refunds for cancellations will not be granted on any of our customized products once they are made. Any Items that are returned must have prior Return Merchandise Authoriazation # (RMA) from ZapLogics, Inc. and/or any of it's operating divisions.

5. Accuracy of Specifications – Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions can re-quote a job at the time of submission if the artwork or image does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based. Orders placed with ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions are to the client's knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the order which are not written or accompanying said order.

6. Liability – ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions shall be limited to the liability of the stated selling price to the customer of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits. ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standard for such product and is free of any material defect in workmanship. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE AND MERCHANTABILITY ONLY FOR CLOTHING, NON-COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE (Click Here for Computer Hardware & Software Warranty/Liability/Return Policies). ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions make no other warranty and no actions or words of ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.

7. Shipping – Charges for delivery of materials and supplies from the client or the client's supplier to ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions are not included in quotations. ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions are not responsible for delays and/or damage incurred during shipping. Title for the finished work passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Claims - Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing (e-mail) or by phone no later than three (3) calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions and the client will understand that the merchandise has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating division’s performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.

9. Right to Subcontract/Use Drop Shippers– ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor/drop shipper.

10. Workmanship Guarantee – ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions guarantee all orders to be free of defects in workmanship. If any order does not match the generally accepted trade standards, we will reprint the order or issue the customer a refund at our discretion minus a 15% return fee.

11. Samples – ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions may use your product for samples or for advertising purposes.

12. Billing – Your credit card bill will read “ZapLogics, Inc.”

13. Changes – ZapLogics, Inc. and its operating divisions may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted.
